"Going Green" is the hip thing to do right now. The choice to live green and have a more eco kindly lifestyle is a useful to you and the environment. 1. Be More sufficient and Aware- First things first, if you want to start living green you need to be more aware of your surroundings...for a lack of better words stop being wasteful.

* Turn off the lights if you're not in that room.
* Turn off the water if you're not using it at that exact moment.
* Cook just adequate food that you will eat, if not, use all the leftovers.

2. Be Righteous and Recycle- The more you can recycle the better and the less you have to spend.

* Recycle old plastic bottles, newspapers and anything else you can.

4. Buy in Bulk when you're able to- Buying in bulk is a microscopic lighter on the wallet then buying particular items and it cuts down on the trash we throw out. They might be a tad more expensive, but will be worth it because they last longer and save energy.

6. Car pool or drive less- Try to car pool as much as you can, but if you can't just drive less. Have your errands and route all planned out before you take off for your destination to cut down on time your wasting, pollution and even fuel. This will be a big help for you and the environment. Especially with gas prices where they are.
7. Use the dish, Clean the dish- Try to use those dishes that you have stashed in the cabinets, instead of using paper, foam, or anytime type of disposable plate. It help to cut down on the waste even more. Buy cloth napkins too, so they are reusable and stop buying paper towels. This alone add up in some serious savings if you have a packed house. When washing the dishes remember to not have the water running if you absolutley need it right then and if you use a dishwasher, wait until it's completely full to run it.

8. Be Creative- Reuse items that you have no use for anymore and recreate something else you might need. Creative home decor will be a new and exciting twist nearby your home. You will be amazed at some of things you could use to make something new and exciting. If you don't have that creative bone...make sure you buy recycled art of some kind if you want something new nearby the house. There are plentifulness of organic shop and organic shops that have cool, original and recycled materials mastered into something unique.
9. Use Technology- Use the internet to send e-cards instead of the original greeting, birthday, or Christmas cards. There tons of free programs to send e-cards from. Just get on google and type in e-card and start sending to you're blue in the face. Buy online at an organic store or organic shop to save gas and your time.
